Know Before You Go
- In the event of a breakdown of a coach on a touring holiday, our liability will be limited; if for any reason we cannot provide a replacement coach and that you miss a significant attraction we will reimburse the amount which we have paid to the supplier, though we will endeavour to replace the coach at the earliest. However, sometimes delays will occur due to many reasons beyond our control. In the event, we are also entitled to use a replacement coach that we deem fit to conclude the rest of the journey. The replacement coach may or may not have the same amenities as the original coach.
- In case the minimum requirement of 25 Pax for the group tour is not met, we may reschedule the tour to another date or consider canceling the tour departure.
- If the group is delayed due to traffic jam or any valid reason, it is possible that we may need to cancel the scheduled sightseeing or excursion.
- Passengers are responsible for any missed services resulting from not adhering to the specified timings, including meals, transfers, sightseeing, and flights. The visit to Rhine Falls in Switzerland will be scheduled either during the journey from Paris to Zurich (if time allows) or when departing from Switzerland. Please note that no refund will be provided if guests miss the Rhine Falls excursion when departing from Switzerland.
- Due to the prevailing climate conditions, most hotels in Europe do not provide air-conditioning in their rooms.
- While water bottles may not be provided in most European hotels, it is worth noting that tap water is safe and drinkable for guests.
- The vouchers provided are non-transferable and can only be used for the services explicitly stated. Any additional services not requested, confirmed, and specified on the vouchers will not be provided.
- Any additional charges or extra services should be settled directly with the hotels or service providers.
- A 5% GST is applicable to all payments made in INR. Additionally, a charge of Euro 30 will be applicable for payments made by remittance.
